Form and function are both maximized in this remodeled 1930’s four-square. Our design minded clients sought to create more openness in their main floor and bring modern conveniences to their kitchen for better day-to-day efficiency and to easily host friends and family. A color palette of layered neutrals gives new life to the original dining room wallpaper while the locally made tile backsplash and walnut bench provide additional character and warmth.
